The long awaited day had finally come. It was the alpha's birthday today and a large party had been thrown, inviting the elites and elders of the pack and other neighboring packs.

As a peace offering between her and Sadie, Davina wore a purple gown, lined with fur on the sleeves. It was beautiful. The most beautiful dress she had ever put on. Her hair was packed in a simple bun.

Dante and some other wolves ranked beneath him were meant to stand at the entrance and welcome the guests but he didn't want her to leave his sight so he made her stand at the entrance with him.
