“Why do you have a picture of me and Daphne as babies? Wait, why is there a baby picture of me and Daphne?” She stares at the photo, “Is it actually us?”

“Apparently so.”

“It looks like me, but..”

“Daphne confirmed it.” Lilah opens her mouth to speak, “ And before you go off on a rant at me. I was about to tell you when Daphne turned up to tell me about Aiden.”

I feel her flutter through a range of emotions.

“Control your thoughts. Aiden can feel them too. I don’t need him charging in here again!”

She frowns at me. “It’s hard to control my thoughts when new things keep coming to light. Where did you even get this?”

“Daphne’s grandma was tracking you.”

“You still didn’t answer my question!”

“Daphne had them in the flat. They were sent to her after she told her mother she was safe.”

“Another thing she didn’t tell me about!” She groans at me

“Linc believed her when she told him that she hadn't looked at them. This photo was actually hidden under the box. Daphne didn’t know
