A weapon of choice

“Well hello Princess!” One of the rogues steps forward taking his position in the middle of the three of them. The trio of rogues had long unkept hair, week’s worth of stubble, jeans with holes in the knees and trainers that had seen better days. Who on earth was leading them? They clearly weren’t being looked after and it wasn’t unusual for wolf rogues to be manipulated by withholding food, perhaps this was happening to the lycan rebels too.

“Look, I’m not here to cause trouble! I just need to help my friends and I’ll leave!” I respond hoping they’ve just come across us and not the ones who caused it. Judging by their demonic laughter, they caused this. Which means they put an innocent human in harm’s way and risked outing our communities.

“What do you want?” I roar at them, I’ve had enough now! Leave me the hell alone.

“Aida…” Colette gasps at my shockingly loud roar.

“I heard you were feisty. Does that lead into the bedroom?” Clearly the leader of the group,
