Chapter Ten

I was woken up by soft kisses being trailed down my nose. My eyes staggered open, as I could smell Declans minty breathe surround me.

"Wake up, sleepyhead," he whispered, trailing his kisses down my neck.

"But why?" I groan.

"You have school today, missy. No more ditching," he says between kisses.

I let out a small groan as I pushed him off me. I get ready for school, as he headed downstairs to make breakfast.

He drops me off at school, and I immediately caught up with Page.

"Where's your bodyguard?" Page joked, gesturing around at thin air.

"My what?" I ask, eyes widening at her joke.

"Well, usually Declan follows you in but today he's nowhere to be found. What's up?" she says sounding concerned.
