Beau

Bri tentatively came in the back door and as she went to tiptoe past the doorway to my room I reached out and snatched her. She yelped in surprise. Complaining as I pulled her into my now clean room, she stopped dead in her tracks. Her eyes roved over everything in its place. It had been his parent's room, so it was a bit bigger than Wyatt's. He and I had finally sorted through their stuff in the closet and the keepsakes under the bed. Things he never realized his tough-as-nails mother ever kept. The mess had started with me not wanting to touch their stuff and Wyatt not wanting to deal with it. It had been the two older boys' rooms when Wyatt was home while Claude slept with one of us till he was big enough to sleep wild with his cousins. They had just recently, since Claude shifted, taken over the other house and I'd moved into the trainwreck of a room, not that my habits hadn't contributed to the disaster.

Woo boy, these fellas are going to be tiptoeing on some thin ice with all of her triggers. Hope when she faces off with Draven she remembers everything he did to hurt her, and she uses it as fuel for her magic to flay him alive and then burn him to ash!!! Hoping Wyatt & Beau help her heal!!!
