I held her hands as we talked and laughed about God knows what,i stared at her ever smiling face with the moon reflecting on her face making her beauty breath taking."what?" She asks. "Youre dazzling" i reply. She smiles even more which makes my heart skips a beat. Our eyes meets and time freezes.Don't know who started but our head starts closing the space between us till our lips are half an inch apart. "Ahhh! Damn alarm" i cursed .Ive got no choice. l need to get up else the next alarm will be from mom. checked my phone and i have just one message from my best buddy Austin.

" Youre sick" i replied. Jumped off bed and rushed to the bathroom. few minutes later am done freshing up.walked in to the kitchen and mom is done packing up my food." Good morning mom". "Morning dear how was your night?" She asked. Remembering the dream i just had i smiled to myself. "whats funny?" She asks?. "Nothing mom..my night was great. Don't feel like eating now,ill eat during lunch break. so i gotta get going before I get late for school. bye mom. love you". Picked up my bag and dashed out of the house not waiting to hear her reply. rushed out of the house, picked my bicycle and am on the streets. thirty minutes later am at school.

" Hey buddy, why you grinning like youve made it in life?" Austin asks."you're not well" i replied. " Well i had a dream about her". " Idiot" .he says while looking at me gloatingly." You keep dreaming about her when you can't even have a proper conversation with her without stammering". I gave him a light punch to the belly and was about saying something when something hits my head really hard. i turned and it was a pen that Mrs Tina our philosophy lecturer threw.

" What are you two deliberating thats more important than what am teaching? On my next class I don't want to find you two sitting together"

"Sorry mam" we replied simultaneously

The bell rings

" Ok see you in our next class" Mrs Tina says as she walks out the class room.

Oops! Where are my manners. lemme introduce myself. my name is Shield and am 17 .Never got to meet my dad, mom told me he died. And am the only son so that makes mom overprotective at times...We'll thatll be enough for now.

" Hi buddy do you remember that tomb down the alley we usually take on our way home?"Austin asks." Yea i do,how about it?" I replied." How about we check it out on our way home.the place has been like that since forever.who knows what good stuffs we might find there?" He asks while giving me that ' you know what I mean' look. " Theres no way am coming with you,thats a tomb for Gods sake.you said it yourself,that place has been locked since forever what do you even think you'll find there?"i scoffed.

"Come on buddy,were just checking it out we ain't doing anything sneaky.my mum told me that tomb is the oldest building in this entire environment.who knows what treasure we might find.we're not taking long okay? Just a few minutes and we'll be out." He pleaded

"Okay fine n...." Wanted saying something buh saw "her" walking up to me and i got dumb.

" hi shield" she said

" Umm hii-i suzie" i stuttered. she smililed and asked " will you be free by 7 pm this evening,i have a little get-together at my place,id love to have you around?"

" ah- umm" i stuttered while scratching my head"

" He'll be very free" Austin interjected" ok see you then.bye" she smiled and left while I was still standing there grinning.

" Idiot" Austin said with a light punch to my back.

" Thanks man" i replied.

After that we hopped on our bicycles and rode our way down to the tomb with hopes of finding 'something huge'...and yea,it turned out to be huge indeed.
