Chapter 52

The rain wasn't stopping. My heart was beating so fast with worry. I was loosing it and out of my mind seeing the storm outside and all the havoc it was causing outside. I had tried Mason's number through the land-line but couldn't get through. It stopped working after the reception was cut off by the bad weather. Now I was sick with worry and the storm outside wasn't making me feel at ease.

I tried Diana's number but she was clueless about Mason's whereabouts. He hadn't called her in hours and I knew no one else to call or talk to. I had none of his friends' contacts. He was pretty upset when he left and I knew he didn't always think straight when he was upset. I hoped he wasn't found drinking at some bar. I hiccuped getting seriously worried for him.
