Forty Seven.

Lana’s POV

He killed him with his own bare hands. Snapped the mans neck like it was nothing more than a twig. Did it surprise me? No! He probably did worse to Seth and who knows who else. Besides, Abby and I had taken out loads of wolves in the last few years.

“Keep moving.” He orders the rest of us and Freya lets out a little squeal. For someone that is constantly around death, she appeared to not like watching others die.

Freya runs on ahead, side stepping around the body. Sam behind her as Logan pulls me along.

“I won’t be letting you out of my sight again.” Logan links me and all I could do was nod my head at him.

Hallen would be mad. Hallen would come for all of us but Logan didn’t seem to care about that at all.

A main road was coming up ahead. Cars were travelling along it at speed, but it didn’t slow down our pace. The sun would be setting soon, awakening Hallen. He would be after us in no time.

My grip on Logan must have changed because he stops us as Sam and Freya keep movi
