Forty Six.

Logan’s POV

Hallen wouldn’t give me any more information. Instead he returned me to the dungeon. Sam was pacing up and down and Hallen glares at him. He knew someone had saved Sam, someone had given him an antidote.

“Who saved you?” His voice is low, it echoes around the dark dungeon.

“I did!” I tell Hallen.

“How, you are a wolf like he is.”

“You know wolfsbane doesn’t really harm me.” His red eyes move from Sam to me.

“I certainly underestimated you.” He moves quicker than a blink of the eye. Slamming the dungeon door shut. Leaving Sam and I alone.

“Well?” Sam questions.

“There’s nothing.”

“What do you mean? Lana is here right?”

“Yes Lana is here. I tried to get inside his head but it was empty. There was no chaos like most peoples, no organisation like yours. There was nothing.”

“It makes sense Logan, He is dead after all.”

“He wasn’t even aware I was in there.”

“Again, he is dead. What did you expect?”

Hallen had said that I needed to look closer to home, had he been talking about
