For a long time it had seemed to me that life was about to begin..real life. But there was always some obstacle in the way, something to be gotten through first, some unfinished business, time still to be served-

"Young lady, may tawag po kayo."

Isinira ko ang librong binabasa ko. I faced Mr. Lim, one of my personal bodyguards.

"How many times do I have to tell you that don't disturb me while I am reading?!" iritang-iritang tanong ko.

I looked at him from head to toe. Damn! Why do I need to have a bodyguards if I can even protect myself without others help? I grabbed my phone.

"Hello?" bungad ko.

"Are you done? Can we go now?" I ask after she have thrown me all her madness. It's so boring here. Obviously she's too hurt right now and it's means mission accomplish. Hello 20,000 pesos.

"Bye Paol- ahh.. Nevermind. keke," paalam ko sa kanya at agad na tinalikuran siya phew!

Muntik na ako madulas dun ahh.

We were about to go when Paola pulled my hair, and started to scandalize.

"The wig. She's almost taking the wig off!!" bulong ko sa kanya.

"Huh?? Make away! Make away!" natatarantag sigaw niya.
