Chapter 25: Pregnant
Riya's POV
"Congratulations Miss Roy...you are pregnant"
The words still played in my mind like a song being played on repeat. I was pregnant?...I was going to be a mother to a monster's child?. I cursed my life....I cursed myself. I leaned my head back as I touched my stomach. There was a baby living inside me....I was carrying a human inside me.
I should be happy, excited but I wasn't. I was scared, I was terrified. What if he harms my child?...what if he tries to take him or her away from me?...what...what if he doesn't accept it. My life would be ruined, people will call me characterless, they will call my child a bastard, how will I be able to live with that?.
