Hannah's POV

When I shut down my computer at work, I was ready to face Giovanna, to show her that I was here to stay and that I was going to make her dad happy and she could count on me too.

"Let's go, Big Brute, but first we're going to stop somewhere," I told Rubens, who looked at me suspiciously.

"Shorty, are you really ready? Because if you're not, I'll take you home and the boss can meet you there," he suggested, and I raised my arm to put my hand on his shoulder.

"Big Brute, I'm going to make that little tiger love me, the same way I did with her dad!" I said full of confidence.

"I believe in you, Shorty!" He smiled and put his arm around my shoulder. "Let's face the little tiger!"
