CHAPTER THREE

When they finally arrived at Edmond's apartment, Being in a secure location brought Anna relief. She fell to the couch, her heart pounding with adrenaline and fear.

"That was insane," she said, her voice quivering.

"I know," Edmond said, sitting down next to her. " But this is the world I live in. It's dangerous, but it's also thrilling and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else " He said while flipping his hands through her hair and staring into her eyes.

As the full moon shone over Edmond's apartment, Anna looked at him with wonder and amazement. Her heart was pounding in her chest. She knew she was falling for him. She had always been fascinated by the supernatural, but she never thought she would fall in love with the creature of the night.

" I don't know what's going on between us, Edmond," she said, her voice low. " But I can't deny that I'm attracted to you."

Edmond stared at her, his green eyes piercing into hers "l feel the same way, Anna. You are so attractive and you look incredibly smart and intelligent. But we have to be careful. The world of werewolves is dangerous, and if we are not careful, it could tear us apart."

Anna nodded, knowing that Edmond was correct. They had to be careful, but she was adamant about exploring her feelings for him, no matter the risks. With anticipation racing through her, she leaned in closer to him and placed a soft kiss on his lips.

Edmond responded eagerly, his arms wrapping around her waist as he deepened the kiss. Anna felt a surge of desire course through her, and she knew that she wanted him more than anything. It was a moment of pure bliss.

As they kissed, Anna felt a connection to Edmond that she had never felt before. She felt like she belonged with him, in his world of werewolves and danger.

They sat on the couch together, Edmond's fur brushing against Anna's skin. She couldn't help but feel a thrill of excitement as she looked into his eyes, which seemed to glow in the moonlight.

"I never thought I would fall in love with someone like you, " she said softly, taking his hands in hers.

He squeezed her hand gently. "I never thought I would fall in love with a human, either. But here we are."

They talked for hours, telling each other their deepest secrets and fears. The journalist paid close attention as the werewolf told her about his transformation and how he struggled to control his inner beast.

"It's not easy, you know," he said, his voice low and intense. "I have to exercise caution when I'm around humans, particularly when the moon is full. I don't want to hurt anyone."

Anna looked at him with compassion. " I understand, " she said. " And I will do whatever I can to assist you."

He leaned in and kissed her, his lips soft and warm against hers. They were so caught up in the moment that their kiss seemed to last forever.

As they pulled away, Anna looked at the werewolf with a smile. "You know," she said, "I think I'm starting to fall in love with you."

He grinned back at her. "I know I'm already in love with you."

They cuddled together on the couch, Edmond's arms wrapped around Anna's body. She felt safe and protected in his embrace as if nothing could ever harm her. She wanted to explore every inch of him, to feel his power and his passion in equal measure.

As they cuddled together on the couch, Edmond nuzzled his face into Anna's hair and took in her sweet scent. He felt a feeling of emotion well up inside of him, and he knew that he had to express his love for her in words.

"Being with you feels like a dream come true," he whispered, his voice husky with emotion. "You're kind, brave, and beautiful, and I can't imagine my life without you in it."

Anna turned her head to look up at him, her eyes shining with love. "I feel the same way," she said, her voice soft and tender. "You make me feel alive like I've never felt before. I don't care what you are or where you come from, all that matters is that I love you."

Edmond leaned in to kiss her again, but this time it was different. It was slow and sensual, full of the depth of feeling they both had for each other. As their lips came together, they both felt a surge of electricity pass between them, as if they were meant to be together.

They broke the kiss, and Edmond held her close. He traced his fingers along her jawline, memorizing every curve and angle of her face. He wanted to remember that moment forever, to cherish it always.

He spoke in a low, steady voice, "I promise to always look out for you, to always protect you. More than anything in the world, I love you."

He was held close by the journalist, who encircled him in her arms. She mumbled, "I love you too. greater than anything else."

They lingered there for a considerable amount of time, lost in each other's arms. They were still being bathed in moonlight, which highlighted their love for everyone to see. They were aware that they had discovered something truly special as they nodded off. Something that would endure forever.
