THAT EVENING.

"I swear you are honestly the most dramatic person I know," Tamara said, chuckling.

"I was scared that maybe he did something to you or something," Chidera gave me a blank look.

"No, no. Like I haven't noticed any red flags at all. Like how can somebody be so perfect; it's scary. Rose, one of the guy's girlfriends, told me about a week ago they were talking about getting a ring. She thought maybe it was for her, but it was James talking about it, showing them pictures," I explained, and their eyes went wide.

"You get? I just want to see one toxic trait or red flag."

"Women, ehn. Just let it flow. He's treating you right, and it's been like what, a month? I want to say chill for all the rubbish, but that doesn't sound right," Tamara spoke, making Dera snicker.

"Because at the end of the day, he's still a rich, handsome Yoruba Man," Tamara said.
