When the news that Theodore Burnett has finally been apprehended spread in Burton Grove, people called for an impromptu celebration. The moment that Chris, and Oliver arrived in town with Theodore Burnett, they noticed that there are tables outside every houses, and loud music everywhere. It's like the whole town is having some kind of festival.

They had to honk repeatedly in order to get past the people celebrating everywhere. It was a good thing that they were using a heavily tinted car, because if not, they would be surprised at how people would have been hoarding around them before then got to the police station.
