Chapter 5

Few months later, Romeo had been laid to rest and everyone had moved on with their lives except Melanie who's daughter constantly reminded her of Romeo.

"You remember my brother Romeo mummy don't you?" She asked looking up at her mother while playing with her toys.

It was raining heavily that evening and the clouds outside had gone so dark and the surroundings looked very wet.

Melanie shook her head in confuson "you have a brother?"

"Uhhuh... he was your son but he died because a wolf bite him" Brenda narrated.

Melanie looked away running her hand across her forehead "why don't I remember him?"

Brenda looked up at her "Daddy said you always forget things because you are sick."

Her eyes grew wide "sick?"

Brenda nodded.

"Daddy said you had an accident which affected your brain and since then you have been sick" Brenda said again standing up to ride her mini bicycle.

Melanie looked confused as she struggled to believe what her daughter
