Chapter 20: The Encounter
Kyla is getting anxious with the way people are looking at them. She is not really sure who they are looking at but she always catches people’s eyes staring at them. It’s starting to make her really anxious, she couldn’t help her knees from shaking. She is not used to being with a lot of people and this is when someone else fronts for them.
She is starting to hear the loud ringing in her ears when she feels someone hold her hand. She had dissociated and when she looked at whoever was holding her hand, he saw Jaymee.
“Hi Jaymee!” She greeted him with a smile.
Jaymee seemed to have been taken aback with the smile. He knew in an instant that he was not with Kyla anymore when her knees had stopped shaking. He frowned his brows as if asking her who she was.

Jaymee did not wake Kyla up as she looked really tired and that she needed a really good night sleep. He was able to carry her to her room without any difficulty. Kyla has never felt as secure as she is feeling right now. It was the first kiss she would ever remember all her life. It was just a light kiss as if he was afraid she would get hurt. She had closed her eyes and cherished this moment she could have with Jaymee. She wasn’t sure if this was just a heat of the moment thing but this is something she had been dreaming of.She had liked Jaymee since she learned how good he was to them. Jaymee had a glimpse of Kyla as she went out of the bathroom. She was surprised to see Jaymee was with another man. She didn’t know they had a visitor. She saw how Jaymee swallowed as he looked at her and then looked somewhere else. She hurriedly walked to her room before the man could see her.As she entered the room, she saw the clothes lying on the bed. Although she was not sure what’s going on, she wore them and checked what she looked like with them. When satisfied, she put some light makeup on her face. She couldn’t help but giggle as she remembered the kiss Jaymee and her shared.Jaymee had to make sure Kyla or whoever was currently fronting for them knows about Taylor and their supposed plan today. He has asked him about it since he was not sure if Keanna will be around later.
