"Yes, the Winter Wards themselves have confirmed it was Reina after I told them there was a Darcrow on the move with the Dark Ones"

"You do know what this means for the outer world don't you?"

"Yes, we do know your majesty but what does this have to do with us? their war does not affect us here in the Elemental world"

 Before I could speak the Winter Wards step forward “does your cowardice know no end Elf? We are the ones who caught and ended the lives of the Darcrows, right down to the very same Reina, do you think she will just be satisfied with the outer world once they take over if we sit here and do nothing?! Darcrows are vengeful, she will then turn her eyes to us, to all of us so it will be only a matter of time before the fight comes to us, so rather than sitting here on our posterior and wait for them to come, it is better to take the fight to them where we will have allies to fight along side us, if we wait it out when our turn comes who will stand with us if the outer world is gone!”

It is the very first time I have ever heard the Winter Ward raise his voice, since I’ve known myself, the elves take a few steps back after the Winter Ward speaks his piece and returns to his spot “I agree with the Winter Wards, we must all come together and take the fight to them, in doing so also helps to preserve our kingdoms and different territories” the head of the Water Sprites speaks next.

I stand “all in favour of bringing an end to the Dark Ones say ay” “AY” they all say in unison “it is settled then, I do not know how much time we have before they begin to rage their war so we must all make haste and make your preparations to go out and fight, we also need to think of a way to get the hellsfire to cease because for as long as it burns the skies will continue to remain dark.

The Old Wise Tree Elf speaks from behind “we need to find the White Witch Tabitha, she and her followers would be the key to stopping the fire” “Tabitha? Haven’t she and her followers hunted and killed by the Lycan King of olden?” “nay, he did not find them, they are out there still in hiding” “do you have any idea how we can find them” “ I am afraid I do not, white witches are very skilled at hiding, often hiding in plain sight and because they are beings of light it makes it harder to tell them apart from humans”

“It would have been easier to trace and track her if we had at least a piece of garment, I would have been able to work with something of hers in order to find her with my crystal, but Old Elf how are you so sure that she will give her assistance to us after being in hiding for more than a hundred years?”

“She is a being of good heart my Empress, she will not see the world in peril and do nothing knowing fully well that she too can or will lose her life, she will fight once again”

“Then we must try to find her, do you think she is anywhere in the Elemental Kingdom?” “possibly my Empress, possibly” but our kingdom is huge where would we begin our search for her? “do you have any idea how she looks so we can have an idea as to whom we seek?” “she changes her appearance right before the eyes, to you she may seem young and to me she may seem old at the same time, it is so she can protect herself from other supernatural beings like us so we never truly know what she looks like”

“She certainly has interesting capabilities, alright everyone, I thank you all for taking the time to gather here, now please return to your domains to get everything prepared and underway, we will go to the outer world in Four days time” they all bow and take their leave.

I leave the room and head to where my mate is, I am so stressed I need him. He’s sitting on the balcony in my chamber and I strip myself of my clothing dropping them piece by piece as I walk over to him, he turns after scenting me and his eyes widen as I am just before him and naked, I immediately wrap my arms around his neck as his eyes darken with lust and kiss him, he kisses me back and lifts me up, walking back into the room and pressing me against the wall.

When we do break apart I am breathless “I need you Dawson, I need to forget for a little while, make me forget baby please” I practically sob out “anything for you my love” he sets me down on the bed and quickly rids himself of his clothing and is on me in no time.
