Elena’s POV

The following morning, I woke up feeling more tired than rested. Sleep had come in short moments, interrupted by thoughts that refused to leave me alone. Every time I closed my eyes, I saw Raven’s face. I heard his voice telling me I was lying. I remembered the look of disappointment in my mother’s eyes when she told me to leave her house. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t stop wondering what would become of me and my baby.

A soft knock on the door pulled me away from my though

  • MY EX WANTS THE CHILD HE ONCE REJECTED BACK   CHAPTER 65

Author’s POV The wedding was elegant, attended by both families, a handful of close friends, and the influential names who mattered to the Calloway and Voss families. Elena wore the white gown her mother had chosen for her, not because she had dreamed of marrying Raven, but because everyone had already decided what her future would look like. Raven stood beside her in an immaculate black tuxedo, his expression cold and unreadable. He didn’t smile when she joined him at the altar, and when the vows were exchanged, he barely looked at her.To their families, it was the perfect alliance. To Elena, it was the beginning of a life she had never chosen. And to Raven, it was the price he had to pay to keep the empire he was born to inherit.***Months passed, and the Calloway mansion slowly became quieter as Richard’s health continued to decline. The man who had once commanded every room he entered now spent more time in hospitals than in his office, leaving Raven to take on more responsibil

  • MY EX WANTS THE CHILD HE ONCE REJECTED BACK   CHAPTER 64

Author’s POVRaven Calloway had never believed in love at first sight. Growing up in the Calloway family had taught him that marriage was rarely about love. His father had built their empire through business, influence, and carefully chosen alliances, and Raven had watched powerful families join hands because there was always something to gain. In their world, marriage was about reputation, connections, wealth, and protecting the family name. Love was never supposed to interfere with business. That was why Raven had never taken relationships seriously until Tracy Laurent entered his life and made him question everything he thought he knew about love. They met at a charity gala his father had practically forced him to attend. Raven had spent most of the evening avoiding investors and relatives when Tracy approached him near the balcony. “You’re either extremely bored or trying to escape,” she said with an amused smile. Raven turned toward her. “Can’t I be both?” She laughed, and som

  • MY EX WANTS THE CHILD HE ONCE REJECTED BACK   CHAPTER 63: THE BEGINNING OF THE END

Author's POVLong before Raven Calloway became the cold, powerful billionaire Elena Voss would eventually know, he was simply a boy who believed his family was unbreakable. He grew up surrounded by wealth, private schools, expensive vacations, and everything money could provide, but the one thing Raven valued most was his relationship with his younger brother, Dorian. The two boys were different in almost every way, yet they were inseparable. Raven was serious and protective, always convinced it was his responsibility to look after his younger brother, while Dorian was more carefree and adventurous, constantly finding ways to pull Raven into trouble. Their father, Richard Calloway, often watched them from a distance with a smile, secretly proud of the bond they shared.Richard had built the Calloway empire from the ground up. He was a respected businessman whose name carried enough influence to open almost any door in New York, but despite his success, he remained deeply involved in

  • MY EX WANTS THE CHILD HE ONCE REJECTED BACK   CHAPTER 62

Author's POVMonday morning arrived quietly, but Raven had barely slept the night before. His mind kept returning to Saturday at the park, especially the way Liam had looked at him with complete trust and affection. The little boy had called him “Sir Raven” so naturally that it had stirred emotions Raven wasn’t prepared for. He had enjoyed every moment they spent together, yet beneath the happiness was a question he couldn’t silence. Liam looked familiar. Too familiar. The shape of his eyes, the way he smiled, even the little expression he made whenever he was concentrating reminded Raven of someone he had known all his life.By the time Raven arrived at his office that morning, the DNA test had already been arranged. Arthur had taken care of everything after Raven gave him the sample over the weekend, and now there was nothing left for Raven to do except wait. He had instructed Arthur to keep the entire process private, and although he trusted his driver completely, the waiting was

  • MY EX WANTS THE CHILD HE ONCE REJECTED BACK   CHAPTER 61

Author’s POVAt the park, Raven sat on a bench watching Liam run happily across the grass, chasing a ball that had rolled away from him. The little boy’s laughter carried through the peaceful afternoon, and despite everything that had happened between him and Elena, Raven found himself enjoying the simple moment more than he expected. He kept his eyes on Liam, making sure he stayed within sight, but there was something else holding his attention. Every now and then, Liam would turn around with a wide smile, and Raven couldn’t help smiling back. He still couldn’t understand why he had become so attached to the boy in such a short time. His phone suddenly vibrated in his pocket. Raven pulled it out and saw Arthur’s name on the screen. Since Arthur was both his driver and one of the few people he trusted completely, Raven answered immediately. “Yes, Arthur?” he said, keeping his eyes on Liam as the boy kicked the ball again. “Sir, I just wanted to check if you need the car brought clos

  • MY EX WANTS THE CHILD HE ONCE REJECTED BACK   CHAPTER 60

Author's POVRaven’s expression softened, a mixture of relief and uncertainty crossing his face as he looked at Elena. “Yeah, buddy,” he said, his voice quiet but sincere. “I’ll take you to the park on Saturday.” Liam’s face immediately brightened, all traces of disappointment disappearing as he rushed forward and wrapped his little arms around Raven’s waist. “Thank you, Mr. Raven!” he exclaimed happily. Raven laughed softly and gently patted his back, feeling a warmth in his chest that he couldn’t quite explain. There was something about Liam’s innocent affection that made it impossible for him to see the boy as just the child of the woman who had once been his wife. Over the past few days, he had grown unexpectedly fond of him, and every little interaction seemed to make that attachment stronger.“Go get ready for bed, sweetheart,” Elena said gently, watching them with a complicated expression. Liam nodded excitedly before running toward his room, already talking about all the thi
