Lily’s lawyer letter made this plagiarism incident grow even more in notoriety.

Even the organizer of the Starlight Jewelry Competition stated that they would ban Jocelyn from participating in their competitions permanently.

However, Century Jewelry Competition was yet to say anything.

Not long after Lily’s lawyer published his letter, Jocelyn received a call from Howard.

Jocelyn picked up her phone expressionlessly. She made sure to record the phone call.

“Jocelyn White, what the f*ck are you doing? Who asked you to submit that design in another competition?” Howard’s voice on the other end of the phone was filled with rage.

Jocelyn had lost all expectations she had from this man a long time ago. She spoke to him in a flat tone, “Why can’t I use the design draft that I’ve drawn myself as I wish to?”

Howard was enraged. “Well, you didn’t say that you were going to submit this draft for a competition!”

Jocelyn’s eyes flashed. “I recall that I didn’t agree to give this draft to Lily White! Furthermore, this design draft belongs to me. It isn’t hers. Don’t I have the right to use it?”

After hearing her words, Howard’s tone softened. “Jocelyn, listen to me. Lily is worth more to Oasis Jewelry than you are. If you do this, you’ll ruin Oasis Jewelry!”

Jocelyn sneered. It would probably ruin Howard instead of Oasis Jewelry!

Howard continued to advise her. “Come on, listen to me. We’ll hold a press conference later. Admit that you’ve plagiarized, and I’ll make Lily give up on the legal proceedings. Anyways, you’re going to become a full-time wealthy housewife in the future. This won’t affect you much!”

Jocelyn did not expect Howard to be treacherous to such an extent. “Howard Jung, if I admit to plagiarism, I will be blacklisted by all the competitions out there. How can you say something like that?!”

Howard started panicking. “Even if you get blacklisted, that’s still better than Lily being blacklisted. She’s worth much more than you are. Don’t you know that? Let me tell you this. Listen to me if you still want to be with me. Just admit that you’ve plagiarized Lily’s work during the press conference!”

Jocelyn’s gaze flashed as she said, “Sure, wait for me to arrive at the company.”

Howard finally let out a sigh of relief. “The press conference will be held at 10 o’clock in the morning. Don’t be late. Jocelyn, I’m just doing this for our future. You must be more understanding!”

Jocelyn no longer wanted to listen to his disgusting words. She simply said, “I’ll arrive in time!”

After that, she hung up on the call.

Five minutes before the press conference, a post with photos and videos consisting of the truth quietly appeared online.

At the president’s office of Prosperity Jewelry.

Skyler’s assistant looked at Skyler and said, “President Moore, Miss White has made a post online!”

Skyler got up and said, “Help her spread the post a minute before the press conference. Try your best to maintain the post’s popularity! I’ll go out first.”

As soon as Skyler finished speaking, he picked up a coat from the sofa and left.

Behind the stage of the press conference, Howard emphasized to Jocelyn once again, “Do you know what to say later?”

Jocelyn nodded calmly and said, “I got it!”

Howard reached out and tried to embrace Jocelyn, but she avoided his touch.

Howard sighed in exasperation and said, “I know that you feel like you’ve been wronged this time around. I’m sorry. Don’t worry. This will never happen again!”

Jocelyn remained silent.

The press conference began at ten o’clock in the morning.

After one day, Jocelyn faced the reporters’ hostile attitudes and questions once again.

The reporter seated in the frontmost row started off the session by asking a sharp question, “Miss Jocelyn White, how do you intend to apologize for plagiarizing Miss Lily White’s design draft?”

Jocelyn sneered and said, “Does that mean that you’re completely sure that I’ve plagiarized Lily?”

The reporter did not expect Jocelyn to say that. He was stunned for a moment. He then asked, “Of course. Given Lily White’s usual quality of work, won’t it be a joke for her to plagiarize you?”

Jocelyn’s eyes flashed as she asked, “Then what if she plagiarized me?”

An unpleasant expression formed on Howard’s face as he said in a low tone, “Jocelyn White, what are you doing?”

Jocelyn ignored him.

The reporter seated in the frontmost row immediately announced, “If Lily was the one who plagiarized you, I’ll eat ten kilograms of sh*t!”

All the reporters present burst out into laughter.

Jocelyn remained nonchalant. “In that case, you can prepare yourself!”

As soon as Jocelyn finished speaking, she lowered her head to look at her phone. She realized that her post was trending faster than she thought it would. The post was garnering attention at rocket speed.

Jocelyn’s gaze flashed as she instantly understood what was going on. Skyler must have recognized what was happening. Therefore, he must have decided to help her out.

She raised her head and looked at all the reporters present at the venue with a cheery smile. “I hope that everyone can take a look at the top trending post at the moment before asking me questions!”
