Marcus Ruvia: The Werewolf Mafia

"No...please...I'm begging you..." A man's voice was heard pleading.

"Please...give me another chance." The man kneeled and continued pleading.

"I'm leaving, Mike. You take charge of this." Someone suddenly uttered. "You already know what to do with him."

"Yes, Boss."

"No...please...Marcus Ruvia." The man shouted. Marcus Ruvia just continued his exit from the abandoned building as if he didn't hear anything.

Marcus Ruvia was known for being a ruthless, dominant, and powerful young boss of the mafia in the human world. He is very tall and muscular. His delicate features and obsidian eyes made him look mysterious and aloof. His aura imposed that no one should try to mess up with him or else they had their own death wishes.

He acquired the position of the "Don" when his father, the late Alfonso Ruvia, died in a car accident three years ago. It was so suddenly that the young Marcus, who turned eighteen then, had no reason to resist the said position. He was the rightful successor. The one who will rule the biggest territory in the human world.

"Boss, Old Madam just called. She said that you need to be at the pack house right away."

"Okay. Informed her that I'll be on my way there."

Marcus' life was full of secrets. He has an unrevealed side. His werewolf side. Yes, Marcus was half human and half werewolf. His father, Alfonso, was a full-blooded werewolf who was destined to be mated by a human, his mother. Then, they were gifted with two lovable pups - Marcus and Madison.

Marcus was an Alpha itself. A conceited and heartless Alpha to the Blue-Eyed Pack. Their pack was considered one of the most biggest packs in West City.

Now that his father was gone, his mother, Margareth seldom, visited the human world and preferred to stay at the pack house with his younger sibling, Madison. His mother was in charge of the whole pack while he was busy doing his business in the human world.

Blue-Eyed Pack was located in the southern part of West City. It was a very secluded area surrounded by forest. It was just a one-hour trip from the town before Marcus arrived at the pack house. His Beta, Miguel, was waiting on him at the entrance.

"Welcome back, Alpha..." Miguel said. Marcus just nodded.

"Where's mom?"

"She's waiting for you in the study room."

Meanwhile, in a lucky charm store in the human world...

A young woman was busy putting candles on the shelves. She was Emerald Scott. The owner of that lucky charm store. She was a captivating young woman, perhaps the most beautiful you have ever seen in West City.

She has a perfect shape figure. She has light brown hair with curls on the end that reaches her back. It was so soft and almost liquid-like when you touched it. Her eyes are a vibrant medium bluish-green in color perfectly suited to her name, Emerald. She also got the most radiant smile. Her beauty is incomparable.

Emerald's lucky charm store was famous in West City. It sold amulets, charms, protection gems, talismans, etc. When Emerald was unboxing the other set of candles, she accidentally hit a golden flower vase. The vase broke into several pieces, and the water on it spilled on the floor.

"Oops!" Emerald said.

To fix the mess, Emerald waved her index finger to release energy made of bright green light (elemental energy). The whole mess started to go back to the way it was before. But suddenly, the water on the floor begins to form. To a human figure, actually.

"Emerald..."

"Mom..." Emerald answered when she recognized her mother, Jade.

"Emmie, this coming full moon, a pack run will be held. You should come."

"But mom..."

"No more buts, Emmie. Do it, as I say." Ordered by her mother. "Besides, it's for your good. Trust me." Emerald sighed when she heard what her mother said.

"Okay, mom. I'll go." Emerald reluctantly answered. After that, the water figure vanished.

Yearly, during the full moon, a pack run was held. All werewolves, hybrids, and other creatures who just turned eighteen are present at the said event. It was the time when they would transform, join the whole pack, and run wild under the light of the full moon.

Emerald hesitated to join the pack run. Firstly, because it was her first time, and secondly, she didn't want to be the main focus of attraction at the event. Why? Because she was different from the rest.

Emerald was born half werewolf and half spirit. Her mother, Jade, was a water spirit. While her father was a werewolf warrior. That's the reason.

Emerald's wolf, Amara, was pure white with a stripe of blue and green beginning on its head towards the body. Her eyes' color was just like Emerald's - bluish-green. Her body built was bigger than the typical size of a she-wolf. She has strength and courage compared to a wave. And her attitude was calm and caring, just like the water.

Emerald inherited all those attributes from her parents. And additional to that was the ability to manipulate the water. She can do it with ease and expertise.
