Chapter 22

Tera gazed at Sebastian intently, his eyes were sharp and as dark as a moonless night. A color that engulfed Tera in contemplation.

Tera searched his eyes, trying to find the depths of his heart. But no matter how hard she tried, Tera couldn't find anything except the impenetrable wall that blocked the windows to his heart.

That wall was what made Tera reluctant to accept the marriage proposal that Sebastian offered. Sebastian Lim might often show expressions of anger or happiness. But Tera knew that Sebastian was more complicated than the two emotions he often displayed in front of her. However, Sebastian was very good at hiding it. He always managed to conceal his true thoughts and feelings. No one really knew what crossed his mind and deepest heart, except himself and God.
