Blurry Home

He was tall, and he smiled at me, giving me the impression that I had known him for a lifetime, but I couldn't remember what he looked like. His face was blurry, and I couldn't even remember his name.

"No, don't go!" I yelled as the man turned his back and walked away from me.

I felt a soft, warm palm caressing my face.

"It's alright; you're safe now." His voice was incredibly soothing.

I freed my eyes, only to be welcomed by the white interior of the place, from the window curtains to the walls. I completely opened my eyes to get a glimpse of where I was.

I glanced at the man beside me; he was downright handsome, and his emerald green eyes connected to my soul.

"Who are you? Where am I?"

His handsome face contorted in confusion right away. He was reaching for my hand, but I moved it away.

"Baby it's me, Axel." His voice was full of worries. Recognition wasn't present in me. I don't know this man, why is he here alone with me.

I tried to sit, but my back was in horrible pain.
