Chapter Forty Nine 

The night continued and eventually, at about 10 o'clock, my parents went inside to settle down and get ready for bed, but me and the guys stayed outside. My parents said they could stay over, I mean, we had enough room for them all. As soon as my parents were gone though, I instantly felt a bit more comfortable. Sure, I had nothing against my parents being around, it was just better when they weren’t. I had a beer... And then two, and soon enough, I started feeling a bit more whimsical. 

As the night got later though, We headed inside the house so we didn’t disturb any of the neighbours. I closed the lounge doors so that we also wouldn’t disturb my parents, although they were both such deep sleepers that I doubted that would have been a problem.
