CHAPTER TEN

 

On the spur of the moment, he decided to go and unwind at the club downtown. He had a quick bath, and changed his clothes, before leaving his house, he drove to the club in his Lambourghini Gallardo. He got to the club thirty minutes later, parked his car, and walked towards the club entrance. 

At the entrance, he greeted the Puerto Rican bouncer, Xavier who’s always stationed at the entrance of the club, standing at attention like a soldier. He handed the boucer, two hundred dollar bills, and walked into the club without waiting to acknowledge his stiff “thank you”. 

As he entered the club, he saw a very familiar face, it didn’t take him long to remember who the person is and where he had met him. Faruq was an old rapper friend, who he’d met in Texas. Then he remembered that Faruq is Nigerian, the sort of person he needed to see at the moment. He walked up to him.
