Where are you going to?

My mother saw me. She didn't say a word, neither did she wave. She faced my father and kept walking to a place I have no clue of.

The way she looked at me wasn't the way she always does. Maybe she is truly disapointed in me like she said earlier.

I sighed. Maybe I'm at fault. I should have just apologized about it. Though I love doing things on my own. I want to be an independent young lady,, but I still think I need my mother.

I turned to Ryan who had been saying things I haven't been listening to.

"Do you think I'm wrong?"I asked.

"No, you are not. You are always right."He replied.

"I mean, my parents. Do you think I did too much, by saying I should be treated like an adult?"I asked.

"No, you didn't. You are eighteen, and you shouldn't be treated like a child anymore. I know you don't like the party because of the people that were invited, and I know how that feels. So you did the right thing, and not the wrong."He replied.

We kept on walking and were having a good conversation.
