28. Clue

I frowned, confused, at seeing Kenan, who was sitting restlessly on his motorcycle. I don't think he's going to pick me up from school anymore because he hasn't been contactable lately.

I accelerated my steps to approach him, who was not far from my school gate.

"So, are you here to find me or someone else?" I asked once I got close.

Kenan didn't say anything and just handed me a helmet. After wearing Kenan's helmet, I sat on the back of his motorcycle. As he usually invites me to eat, this time Kenan drove his motorcycle fast to a place I knew for sure.

"I'm quite busy today; I have so many tasks to complete. Why did you bring me here?" I looked at Kenan, confused.

Kenan shook his head weakly; he was still reluctant to speak. The man then climbed to the top of the treehouse and waited for me there. Annoyed, I followed the man. Why has he been in such a bad mood lately? He often scowls and stares at me intently.
