Chapter 82. Our Family

My mother returned to dust just like the rest of the wolves whose lives has ended after the fight, and I stood there with so much regret. As I look back to when she was still alive and with me, I tell myself that I should not have let her go. I wasn't even aware that the enemies have gotten to her first. She was far from me, and I thought that she would be safer out there but now I realized how wrong I was and it is too late.
