Rebecca's POVCarlos seemed to have calmed down now. I sometimes did not like his jealous side, but I had to bear it. I loved him anyway, and if you love someone, you have to love their negative sides too.We were happy now and every time we argued and reconciled our love became stronger. Nica’s POVI can't help but feel jealous of Rebecca. She is so happy with Carlos, and I want to feel the same way with him. I have to make this plan work. I can't lose. As I was about to leave her house, I remembered her birthday will be coming soon, so I asked her just to be sure about the date. Rebecca’s POVWe get to the party and people are already there. Drinks and food are plenty, thanks to Nica. I was the only person missing, making the birthday complete. The place was beautifully decorated with my pictures all over the place. There was also a projector which showed my pictures on the wall. No one has ever done such things for me, and I felt very precious. People welcomed me with a lot of warmth. Rebecca’s POVI just stood frozen at the same point for over an hour. I could not believe what had just happened. The party was already ruined, and the guests had left already. I was left there alone; Even Nica, my best friend, was nowhere to be seen. Nica’s POVFinally, my plan has worked and Jacob has managed to make it real and perfect. I can’t forget the look on Rebecca’s face when she saw the pictures. I knew Jacob won’t fail me, and I don’t blame myself for trusting him. He has managed to break up Rebecca and Carlos without getting my hands dirty. Rebecca still thinks I am her best friend, but she is mistaken because I am done with her. I don’t want anything to do with her anymore, and she can think whatever she wants.
