Maddie’s P.O.V.

“You should rest now, Maddie. We have been working nonstop for more than five hours.” Nathan said to me worriedly, massaging my shoulders.

“If you don’t have a problem, then you can rest for a while in my room,” Adolphus suggested, and I stopped all my moving my neck to get some relief from neck pain.

I stared at him as if he had grown two heads at this very instant.

Is he crazy?

“And why not in my room? I also have a room here.” Nathan argued, still massaging my shoulders, but I am sure that he felt my body stiffen at Adolphus's suggestion.

“O please… you call that trash bin a room?” Adolphus retorted and I blinked, dumbfounded.
