Chapter 32: Night

They sat facing each other and they were engaged in a game of never ever have I. There was a half drunk bottle of wine sitting properly on the floor. They looked happy and neither of them seemed to care about any other thing at the moment. The final ray of the sunset cut across a tall tree and lit up the spot where the bottle had been sitting. 

“Okay! It is my turn!” Kane said. He sounded a little bit tipsy. “You are cheating somehow. How come you’ve done everything I haven’t done?”

“I have had lots of experiences,” Simon replied. She was the one who suggested the game. She suggested a game of truth or dare but Kane said he hated the game, and then she brought up this one.
