Lillian began to walk a bit further, and she sighted a shop across the road. Suddenly, she tried to cross to the other lane, and the next thing she heard was the loud horn coming from a car. The burning gaze of the sun on her skin was making her sweat profusely. It was a rough day for Lillian after she had spent half of the day inside the building, and now her shoes were making her feet hurt badly.
