LOGINThelma’s POV
I tried to be neutral and act as though I just got here but it was not possible as to why I broke the vase.
My hands were getting sweaty and I knew I was nervous, it can be seen through me easily which would break my lies.
Just when I was confused on what to do, a pair of hands pulled me away leading to another room which I have no idea existed.
The wall closed on us leading to an underground, I looked up to see who it was and was met with a pair of blue eyes, cold yet enchanting and seductive.
“Have you seen enough?” He asked, I cleared my throat pulling away from him feeling awkward.
“Thanks.” My voice came out inaudible, I can’t believe I was lost staring at his eyes. He walked towards another side, with me walking behind.
He didn’t say anything instead kept walking towards a direction, soon we got out, I realized the secret passageway lead outside the pack to the training ground.
He turned to face me, that was when I saw him clearly, Xavier.
Yvonne fiance that was ambushed in the past life, he was said to be her mate but I knew there were more to it now.
He was ambushed and overpowered when he went to save Neon in the past life, since tomorrow tonight was the night I’ll be announced as the Luna to be.
Tonight is the night Yvonne will find out he was her mate, she came to meet me for help to cover up her scent which was weird because anyone will be happy to have found their mate.
He pocketed his hands into his trouser, “You should be more careful eavesdropping on people, you don’t get to be saved everytime.”
His words left me tongue struck, saved everytime? Has he saved me before? Could it be? No, it can’t be, not possible.
Just as he was about to leave, I held his hand, “You should be careful also, someone is targeting you and you might get ambushed tonight.”
Before he could say anything, Neon arrived cutting our conversation short, “Thelma.” He called out, I forced out a smile as I stared at him.
He glared at Xavier gently before he pulled me to his side walking away from him, I glanced back to see Xavier still staring at me.
“Why are you with him?” Neon asked immediately we got in. I rolled my eyes secretly, if I hadn’t been reborn, I’ll have thought he was just been jealous not knowing he was just an evil and wicked person.
I snatched my hand away from his, landing a slap on his cheek before he could think of whatever could be on my mind, “What now? You want to start controlling me? Who do you think you are?”
He sensed I might be angry and quickly changed his expression, he helped me sat on my chair kneeling in front of me.
His fake smile plastered on his lips, “Of course not. I’m just worried about you, Xavier is dubious and act secretively, I just didn’t want him to harm you.”
The real secretive person here is you, you are the one who wanted to harm me, I scoffed slightly, my arms folded under my firm breast.
“Whatever you say, you just don’t get to drag me all the way from the training ground to my room.” He nodded slowly.
I let out a small smile, by now, he should be gone, he stared deep into me, coming closer to kiss me but I pushed him away.
He was shocked, yes, I always wanted this but he told me until he get announced as my royal alpha, it was good at first but not anymore.
“You said until you get pronounced as my royal alpha, just one night.” I said sharply, he smiled and nodded standing up.
He pecked my forehead, “Yes, I totally forgot, I can’t wait for you to be mine already.” I nodded but stared at him in disgust as he left.
I breathed out a sigh of relief which didn’t last long before mom came in, remembering what they both discussed earlier, my heart raced in pain.
The people I have regarded as my parents all my life were not even mine. The tiny bit of hope I held in me was lost, I thought maybe they were playing favorites and that was why they chose Yvonne over me.
But now that I knew the reason, I just couldn’t stare at them as before, “Mom.” I said slowly standing up for her to sit down.
She made me sit in front of her as she held my hands, “I saw Neon leaving your room just now.”
Of course she’ll try to find out if anything happened between us but she was wrong, “Yes mom. He came to check up on me since he hadn’t seen me outside all day.”
She gave me a knowing look, “No mom…” I paused laughing, “A woman’s dignity is one of the greatest qualities she can possess, I didn’t allow him to pass his boundaries.”
She nodded, “I just decided to check up on you, I hope you are preparing for your crowning ceremony tomorrow, it’ll be the full moon.”
I didn’t know what to say at first but I just nodded, “I can never be more ready.”
She stood up and left before I could lose my temper, immediately she was out, I let out all the emotions I built up.
I had been controlling my rage before her because I don’t want her suspecting anything, she definitely came because she thought I might be the one who eavesdropped on them.
I knew I had a lot to do, I stood up to go outside but Yvonne came in, can this people just stay out of my way and life for some minutes.
“Sis, I need your help.” She said before I could say anything. I remember she came for something in the previous life.
“What do you want?”
She stared at me like she was contemplating, “I want you to mask my scent with your scent.” She said.
I hesitated a bit, I did this for her in the previous life then the next morning, it was said Xavier was ambushed.
Then I remembered, Xavier wasn’t just ambushed, he went into coma instead, I wasn’t really interested in the case because it wasn’t my concern.
But now that he saved me, I’ll reciprocate by saving him alsi, “No Yvonne. I can’t do that right now, I must have enough energy for tomorrow or I’ll not be announced as the Luna.”
She hesitated, “No sis, I know you can do it, it’s really important to me.” I sighed out in frustration. I was starting to get more annoyed.
“I told you, I can’t, you can mask your own scent yourself so why do you need me to do that for you?” I snapped in anger, I needed to get to the cabin fast before Xavier would be attacked.
She stomped her feet on the floor in anger, “I’ll just do it myself.” She said as she left, I knew I had provoked her but I’m less bothered as I rushed towards the cabin.
My legs finding its way to where Xavier was said to be found unconscious in the previous life, getting there, I didn’t see him instead a sweet chocolate scent filled my nose.
Something snapped in me, my wolf, Thalia whom was asleep stirred waking up, “Find it, he’s our mate.”
“It can’t be, I didn’t find my mate in the previous life so how come.” I was in heat, Thalia wanted to take over, I knew.
Just when I was about turning, Xavier came out, the scent grew stronger, what is this? Could he be the one?
POV: Riley (25 years after Theo's sacrifice) I stood at the front of my classroom at Unity Academy, watching sixteen-year-olds from across Prime Existence barely pay attention to my lecture on the Void War. "The Void consumed thirty percent of Earth before we stopped it," I said, pulling up holographic images of the devastation. "Billions died. Reality itself nearly ended." A student from Earth-Machina, their cybernetic enhancements gleaming, raised their hand. "But that was like ancient history, Professor Morris. Why do we need to learn this?" "Ancient history?" I repeated, trying to keep frustration from my voice. "It was twenty-five years ago." "Exactly," my daughter Theodora said from the back row. She went by Dora and made sure everyone knew it. "A quarter century. None of us were even born yet. The world is fine now. Why obsess over past wars?" I looked at my daughter, brilliant and rebellious, with existence echo abilities stronger than mine had ever been. She could perc
Queen Maeve The Fae embassy in Unity Prime sparkled with otherworldly beauty. My people had established a permanent presence in Prime Existence, forming alliances that would have been impossible before the merging. "Your Majesty," Lord Thornweave entered my chambers. "The Council meeting begins shortly. They wish to discuss the Architects' pending decision." "Let them discuss. We Fae learned long ago that some forces are beyond control." I gazed out at Prime Existence, so different from our traditional realm. "We can only influence what's within reach. The rest is a cosmic chance." "You sound philosophical." "I sound old," I corrected with a smile. "But also hopeful. This reality survived The Architect through unity. If hundreds of Architects threaten us, perhaps we'll survive through the same means, working together despite differences." "And if we don't survive?" "Then we'll have lived well until the end. That's all anyone can do." Neon The meditation center I'd
POV: Multiple Thelma Ten years after Theo's sacrifice, I watched Aria and Orion practice their abilities in our backyard. They were thirteen now, their cosmic awareness fully manifested. Aria could perceive reality's layers, seeing the underlying structure that held Prime Existence together. Orion possessed Xavier's Void-touched senses, able to detect threats before they emerged. "Mom, I can see Uncle Theo's imprint everywhere," Aria said, her eyes glowing with perception. "His consciousness is woven into reality's foundation. He's not really gone, is he?" I knelt beside her, brushing hair from her face. "He sacrificed himself, sweetheart. His consciousness burned completely away. But you're right, his choice, his love, his purpose became part of Prime Existence itself. In that way, he's everywhere." "That's sad and beautiful at the same time," Orion observed. "Most important things are," Xavier said, joining us. He'd aged gracefully, silver threading through his hair, b
POV: Thelma The silence was the hardest part. Not the external silence. Prime Existence hummed with life, billions of voices from seven merged realities creating a symphony of consciousness. But the internal silence, the empty space where Theo's presence should be in the twin bond, that was unbearable. I stood at my window overlooking Unity Prime, the capital city of our new unified reality. Architecture from seven different Earths blended into something breathtaking. Magical towers stood beside technological spires. Organic structures grew alongside divine temples. It was beautiful. Impossible. Everything Theo had died to create. Xavier's arms wrapped around me from behind. Through our mate bond, I felt his steady strength, his grief matching my own. "The memorial is in an hour," he said quietly. "Are you ready?" "No," I admitted. "But I'll do it anyway. He deserves to be honored." Our twins, Aria and Orion, now three years old, played nearby. They didn't fully understand what
POV: XavierThe Architect attacked during the most vulnerable moment of the merging. We were halfway through the process. Three and a half realities combined, three and a half still separate. Physical laws were chaos. Consciousness fragmenting and reforming. Reality itself barely holds together.Perfect time to strike. The Architect manifested fully, its geometric form expanding across all seven realities simultaneously. And it brought weapons we'd never seen.Concept erasers on massive scale. Not just removing abstract ideas but deleting entire categories of existence. "Life" started disappearing. Not killing things but making the concept of living organisms impossible."All forces, defensive positions!" I commanded. "Protect the merging zones!"Every hero, every warrior, every being capable of fighting responded. Thelma led Alpha forces against concept erasers, using her cosmic awareness to reintroduce deleted concepts faster than The Architect could erase them.Stellara and Earth-Ar
Chapter 133: Finding the FlawPOV: RileyReality was collapsing around us, abstract concepts vanishing, physical laws failing. But in the chaos, I noticed something. The Architect wasn't touching us directly. It was erasing the structures around us, the rules that supported us, but not us ourselves."It can't," I breathed, understanding flooding through me. "Aaron, it can't actually touch us!""What?" Aaron grabbed my arm as gravity failed again, both of us floating. Through The Infinite Network, I contacted every scholar across seven realities simultaneously. "Emergency session! I've discovered something critical!"Within minutes, consciousness from all seven Earths connected. Theo's cosmic presence joined us, Luna facilitating the massive network connection. Stellara, Prime-7, representatives from every reality's greatest minds."The Architect exists outside creation," I explained rapidly. "That's its advantage but also its limitation. It can't directly interact with full-strength e
