Elara's POV
By the way, I haven't introduce myself yet. I'm Elara Wright, 17 years old. I'm currently studying Grade 11 Senior High School under Accountancy, Business and Management at Blackwell University. Mama chose it for me. She told me that I can use it in the future. Although naguguluhan ako sinunod ko na rin si Mom. Hindi ko rin naman alam kukunin ko eh. So that's it. Today is sunday and as you can see what happened earlier, they really did move my things here in the guest room. And I'm here now getting locked up in the guest room. Anyways I'll just go to sleep and maybe when I wake up everything will be ok. I woke up to the sound of the alarm clock. Sh*t, it's already seven o'clock, I'm late for school. I quickly got ready then went out and rode my bike. As I rode my bike into the school parking lot, lost in thought as I navigated through the crowded rows of cars. Suddenly, I failed to notice a sleek black car pulling out of a parking space, and before I could react, I collided with it. My heart sank as I saw the driver step out of the car - it was David Blackwell, the campus crush I'd been secretly admiring for months. I quickly got off my bike, apologizing profusely. "Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry! Are you okay?" But David's expression was cold and dismissive. He barely even looked at me, just muttered "Watch where you're going" before getting back into his car and driving away without another word. I stood there, feeling embarrassed and hurt by his reaction. Why did he have to be so rude? I thought, watching as his car disappeared into the distance. I sighed and got back on my bike, feeling a little deflated. Guess that's not exactly the way I wanted to make an impression on him. Just then, a guy who looked identical to David approached me. "Hey, I'm really sorry about my brother's behavior," he said with a warm smile. "Are you okay? That was a pretty rough collision." I looked up at him, feeling a bit surprised by his concern. "Yeah, I'm fine, thanks," I replied, trying to brush it off. He nodded, his eyes crinkling at the corners. "Good. I'm Daniel, David's twin brother." I smiled weakly. "I'm Elara Wright. Nice to meet you, Daniel." Daniel smiled back, and I couldn't help but notice the difference between him and his brother. While David seemed cold and dismissive, Daniel seemed kind and genuinely concerned. "If you're sure you're okay, I'll let you get to class," Daniel said, his voice soft. "But if you need anything, don't hesitate to reach out." I nodded, feeling a sense of gratitude towards Daniel for being understanding and kind. It was a nice change from the way his brother had treated me. "Thanks, Daniel. I appreciate it." I walked into the classroom, still feeling a bit shaken from my encounter with David in the parking lot. As I scanned the room for an empty seat, my eyes widened in shock. There, sitting in one of the rows, was David himself. My heart skipped a beat as I realized that he was one of my classmates. I had admired him from afar for so long, and now I had the chance to get to know him better. As I made my way to the only vacant seat - the one beside David - I couldn't help but think about all the things I knew about him. I had heard about his sharp wit, his intelligence, and his athletic prowess. I had seen him dominate debates, ace quizzes, and lead his team to victory on the field. But despite his impressive resume, I had also heard whispers about his prickly demeanor and his tendency to speak his mind, no matter the cost. Some people found it intimidating, but I found it intriguing. I loved a challenge, and David seemed like the ultimate puzzle to solve. As I sat down beside him, I felt a rush of adrenaline. I had dreamed about this moment for so long, and now that it was finally here, I was determined to make the most of it. I glanced at David, trying to gauge his mood, but he didn't seem to notice me. Yet. I smiled to myself, feeling a sense of determination. I was going to get to know him, no matter what it took. As the class was about to start, the door swung open and Daniel walked in alongside the teacher, Mr. Johnson. They chatted casually as they made their way to the front of the room, and I couldn't help but notice how Daniel's smile lit up the entire room. When Mr. Johnson began to take roll call, Daniel's eyes scanned the classroom, and when they landed on me, he smiled warmly. He excused himself from the teacher and made his way over to the empty seat on my other side. "Mind if I sit here?" he asked, nodding towards the seat. I shook my head, feeling a bit surprised but pleased by the sudden turn of events. "Not at all," I replied, smiling back at him. As Daniel sat down, I couldn't help but notice the contrast between him and his brother, David, who was sitting on my other side. While David seemed aloof and standoffish, Daniel exuded warmth and kindness. I felt a sense of relief having Daniel beside me, and I was grateful for the distraction from David's cold demeanor. As the teacher began the lesson, Daniel leaned over and whispered, "How's your bike? Did you get it fixed?" I was touched that he remembered our conversation from earlier. "You remembered? Yeah, it's fine. Thanks for asking," I whispered back, smiling at him. Just as Daniel and I were having a quiet conversation, David suddenly coughed loudly, interrupting both our whispering and the teacher's lesson. The classroom fell silent, and all eyes turned to David. David's eyes narrowed, and he leaned over, his voice low but stern. "You two might want to focus on the lesson instead of distracting everyone else." I felt a bit taken aback by David sudden interference. The teacher, who had been oblivious to the exchange, continued talking.Elara's POV Wait! I'm feeling hot, did someone placed a drug in my drink? What the! I can't take it anymore, it is really hot. The next thing I knew, I took off my dress leaving it on the floor. The onli thing that's left on me is my tube and my undies. I got straight to the bed. I can't believe their bed are so comfortable but then I still feel hot. I search the air con's remote control in the bed side table. I then turn the temperature to the coldest temperature. Then I lie down again. But wait, why do I feel like there is someone beside me. I'm sleepy, nevermind maybe it's just my imagination. " Who are you? What are you doing here? " I heard a masculine voice , I didn't bother opening my eyes " Am I dreaming? Who are you? " I ask back , in my sleepy voice. " Really, can't you recognize my voice anymore? " the man in my dream ask again " David? Are you really David? " I ask making my voice like a kid " Are you here to seduce me? Or to have sex with me? " the David
*3 months later* Elara's POV Time flies so fast, it seems like just yesterday it was the first day of my junior year. I was just a dumb teenage girl back then who was still confused about which classroom I belonged to. Then, there's this boy who helped me, he was so kind, that from then on I admired him. But they say " people change" , that boy I used to admire for being kind has become rude and cold. He always wear a straight and cold face. He always ignore me whenever I approach him. He always scold me whenever I did him wrong. But despite that, I always believe that there's always kindness in him. Anyways, let's not think about the past anymore. Today is our year-end party, this is our last time together because next will be going to College. Some of them are going to study abroad. Me, I will take whatever course and school David is going to. I really wanna pursue him despite his cold attitude towards me. And I want to impress him today. The venue will take place in Black
Thirs Person's POV David's eyes would often drift towards Elara, his gaze lingering on her as she laughed with friends or studied intently in the library. He couldn't quite explain why he was drawn to her, but he found himself wanting to know more about her. Despite his growing interest, David refused to acknowledge it, telling himself he was just being observant. As he watched Elara, David noticed the way she seemed to light up when discussing topics she was passionate about. Her eyes would sparkle, and her smile would grow wider, illuminating the entire room. He found himself wanting to see more of that spark, to be the one who brought out the best in her. But David's feelings were complicated by his brother's growing closeness to Elara. Daniel would often sit with her at lunch, and they would chat for hours about everything and nothing. David would see them laughing together, and he would feel a pang of jealousy. Why was Daniel getting so much attention from her? Why wasn't
Elara's POV Today is Wednesday and we're going to do our Physical Education subject and we're gonna play basketball. I stood at the sidelines, watching in awe as David dominated the basketball court. His movements were fluid and precise, and he seemed to be in his element. I couldn't help but feel a surge of admiration for him - he was an incredible player. When the game finally ended, I grabbed a bottle of water from the nearby cooler and walked over to David, who was sweating profusely. "Hey, David, great game!" I said, holding out the bottle of water. "You must be thirsty after that." But to my surprise, David didn't even acknowledge me. He didn't take the water bottle or even look at me. Instead, he scanned the sidelines and spotted another girl, Emily, who was holding out a bottle of water with a bright smile on her face. David walked over to Emily and took the bottle from her, giving her a nod of thanks as he unscrewed the cap and took a long drink. I felt a pang of

Elara's POV I heard my alarm ringing, then I opened my eyes, I just stare at the ceiling for a few minutes wondering what disaster was coming for me today. Eversince Tita Minerva and Maeci showed up, my life turned into a mess. They ordered me to do those things that I didn't even do before when Mama is still alive. Hay! I wish Mom was here, so no one could ever bully me like this. I miss you Mom. I really really really miss you. And before I knew tears starts to fall down from my eyes again. It's really tired crying but I can't do anything. I can't wait until I turned 18 to get out from this hell. I was still lying on my bed when Papa walk to my room. " Good morning Elara " Papa greeted me " Good morning too Pa " I lazily answered then sat down. " Can I ask you a favor anak? " Papa asked with a persuading tone. " What is it? " I ask. But I'm guessing that I knew what he's going to ask for. Maybe its for tita Minerva or that two-faced Maeci. " Can Maeci stay in your roo
