Camila's point of view

"I'm leaving!" I yelled from the living room, rolling my box to the door.

"Already?" My Dad asked, disappointed, coming down the stairs. I flashed a smile at him.

"I'm sorry, Dad, but you know I'm a busy person. I promise to visit during spring break."

My Mom emerged from the kitchen, her dusty apron tied around her waist. She smiled and pulled my head into her neck, giving me an air kiss on my cheek.

"Please stay safe honey, and call us when you get back."

"Of course, Mom," I kissed her forehead and hugged my Dad.

"Kira, I'm going!" I yelled out for my younger sister, noticing she wasn't present.

She came down, looking like a zombie in her baggy nightgown and disheveled hair.

"For heaven's sake, Kira, you should have looked presentable," Mom scolded, and she rolled her eyes.

"Come on, Mom, let a lady live. Besides, I just got out of bed," she rubbed her eyes and looked at me. "You're leaving so soon?"

"Yes, little sis, I have to." She frowned at me.

"Hey, I'm eighteen, okay." She reminded me.

"It still doesn't change the fact that you're my baby sister," I pulled her cheek, and she slapped my hand away.

"Well, you know you have to get a room for me because after my graduation, I'm coming over."

I nodded at her with a smile.

"Of course, my doors are always open. Well, I have to leave now so I do not miss the plane."

I gave her a quick hug and waved at my parents before leaving.

My dad's driver was waiting for me already. He helped me put my box in the trunk, and I thanked him with a smile.

My family stood at the porch, watching me as I got into the car. I smiled at them one last time and waved at them through the window.

We are not a billionaire family, but we live a comfortable life. I'm originally from Trinidad, but I grew up in Florida and moved out three years ago after I graduated from  university.

I studied entrepreneurship and mastered fashion and designing, which earned me a job in a fashion house.

It isn't as big and famous as popular brands across the world, but it's a well-reputed company and makes a good amount of money, which makes me earn a handsome amount of cash.

After an hour, thirty minutes, I landed in Orlando and booked a cab.

I arrived at my apartment, and the driver helped me carry my things up to my floor. I gave him a grateful smile and added an extra tip for his kindness.

The scent of flowers hit my nostrils, and I smiled at the warm feeling of my home.

My apartment wasn't luxurious but was quite expensive, yet beautiful and simple, with a spacious living room, two bedrooms, and a kitchen.

I opened the window and switched the air conditioner on to let the hot air out.

I took my things to my room and started cleaning up. Once I was done, I went to freshen up and headed to the kitchen to make myself a meal.

"Shoot! I forgot groceries," I face-palmed and went back to my room to grab my car key from the wardrobe.

Because I was in a hurry, I wasn't careful with my step, which resulted in me bumping into someone.

"I'm sorry," we said in sync, and I looked up to find my very handsome neighbor, Ricky.

He smiled at me, causing the dimple at the left side of his cheek to pop out, and his blue eyes to glow brightly.

"Hey, Camila, when did you get back?" He pulled me into a hug. I smiled and pulled out.

"A few hours ago, and why are you here? Aren't you supposed to be at work?" Curiosity lingered in my eyes.

"Actually, I have the day off from my boss," I tilted my head a bit with my brow up as I anticipated an elaboration.

"I have to attend my sister's graduation," he explained, and I nodded in understanding.

"Oh, alright, see you later," I smiled and turned to leave, but he stopped me.

"Camila," I turned around to answer his call.

"Can we hang out tomorrow evening? It's okay if you don't want to," I smiled and shook my head.

"I will love to, Ricky, but you know I've been away from work for long, I bet I'll have a lot piled up. I hope you understand." He passed me his dashing smile and nodded.

"I perfectly understand you, Camila, but whenever you're free, let me know."

"Sure," I smiled and left. I walked into my favorite grocery store and was greeted with a warm smile by Fortune, my favorite staff member.

"Hey, you're back!" She exclaimed, and I returned the smile, giving her a hug.

"Yes, I got back a few hours ago. How are you?" I asked, and she let out a dramatic sigh.

"I wish I was okay, but I'm not. Work has been too much for me," she said, exaggerating her struggles, and I chuckled.

"Of course, it'll be, especially since it's almost winter. But the good thing is that the holiday is around the corner, and you can use the break."

"Yes, I can't wait," she gushed dramatically.

"By the way, I came to get some things," I told her, and she nodded with a smile.

"You're always welcome here, Camila." I thanked her and grabbed a cart to start my shopping.

After finishing my shopping, I headed to the checkout counter to pay.

"Thanks for patronizing," she smiled, handing me my card and receipt. I thanked her with a smile and left with my stuff.

On my way home, I stopped at the gas station to fill up my car, which made me arrive home late in the afternoon.

Hearing my stomach grumble, I knew my poor belly was angry with me, and I went to the kitchen to arrange the things I bought and make myself lunch.

After finishing my meal and doing the dishes, I headed to my room to rest. Stretching out my limbs, I lay on the soft bed and drifted off to sleep.

When I woke up, I looked around to see that the sky was already dark. I threw the duvet off my body and went to the bathroom to wash my face.

Grabbing my phone, I called my mom and spoke to her for a while. After what seemed like hours, I hung up and went to have dinner. I changed into my nightgown and went to the closet to prepare my outfit for work the next day.

Not caring that I had just woken up, I went back to bed to get more sleep, knowing I would have a lot of work at the office the next day.

  • Saint Or Sinner?    Planning For a Fight

We all sat on the black sofa in Luciano's office, silence resting thickly between us until he finally spoke."Ava," he called. She stood immediately. "Yes, Don.""You said something about Dylan Chris being connected to Lago Othello?"Lago Othello? Dylan?Confusion tightened my chest. My brows furrowed as questions swirled in my head. What has Ava really been hiding?I said nothing—just kept still, waiting for her to speak."Yes, Don.""I need you to explain why you think that."She poked the inside of her cheek with her tongue, hesitating for a moment before finally speaking."The day after Camila left for Italy, I had to drop Kira off at Dylan's place—I was going to be out of town for the week. I thought he wasn't home, so I was about to send him a text, letting him know Kira would be staying. But then I heard his voice coming from his bedroom."She paused, looking conflicted. "I know I shouldn't have eavesdropped, but... he was speaking in Italian. That caught me off guard. He's Eng

I slipped into a brown turtleneck dress that clung to my figure, pairing it with elegant pair of heels.Luciano was already waiting for me downstairs. The moment I descended, he wrapped his arm around my waist, guiding me out. We reached his garage, where a stunning fleet of cars was meticulously arranged by color."Wow, this is so cool," I gasped."Which one do you want to ride in?" he asked.I gaped at him, surprised. "You really want me to choose?""If I didn't want you to choose, I wouldn't have asked, would I?" he replied with a sarcastic edge.I rolled my eyes, and instantly, his grip tightened on my chin, his eyes darkening with anger."Gem, you keep adding to your offenses. You know how much Daddy hates it when you roll your eyes, and you've been doing it since you got back. I hope you're keeping track of your attitude because I won't go easy on you. Understood?" His words sent a rush through me, my body betraying me as my pulse quickened and heat pooled in my pussy."Lucian

The sprawling mansion felt like a damn maze, and my patience was hanging by a thread. I'd been searching for Luciano for what felt like hours, my frustration mounting with every wrong turn and dead end.Where the hell did he expect me to find him in a place this massive?Storming back to the kitchen, I shoved the door open, my heels clicking sharply against the marble floor."Damon," I snapped, my voice laced with irritation. "Where the hell is your boss?"The man barely flinched, continuing to wipe his knife with the precision of someone who had all the time in the world. Finally, he glanced up at me with mild amusement."He should be in his study."I exhaled sharply, my fingers curling into fists. "And where the hell is that?"Damon sighed, dropping the knife onto the cutting board before wiping his hands on a cloth. "Come on, I'll show you."I followed him through the dimly lit hallway, my footsteps echoing against the marble floors. The further we walked, the quieter the mansio

  • Saint Or Sinner?    Kira

Kira's Point Of ViewThe afternoon sun cast long shadows as I trudged home from school, my mind tangled in a labyrinth of thoughts. The rhythmic crunch of my footsteps on the pavement was the only sound accompanying me—until it wasn't."Kira!" A voice, urgent, familiar, cut through the air. Before I could fully register it, strong arms wrapped around me, yanking me backward. My breath caught in my throat as my body collided with solid warmth.A screech of tires sliced through the moment. My heart slammed against my ribs.I looked up, dazed, and met a pair of worried, light blue eyes."Axel?" My voice was barely above a whisper. His gaze held mine, warm and intense, a silent storm of concern brewing within them."What the hell were you thinking, Kira? You almost got hit by a car!"The realization hit me like a tidal wave—I had been so lost in thought, I hadn't even noticed.Axel's grip loosened slightly, his fingers lingering before he finally let go. Even without his touch, I could

  • Saint Or Sinner?    Threesome?

I woke up feeling unusually refreshed, the warmth of the sun creeping through the curtains and casting a soft glow around the room.I slipped into a robe, tied my hair into a messy ponytail, and made my way to the kitchen, anticipating a quiet morning alone. But when I entered, Damon was already there, bustling around."Bonjour, chef," I greeted, my voice light and teasing as I leaned against the doorway.Damon spun around, flashing that trademark smile of his."Bonjour, mademoiselle," he replied, his French accent smooth and comforting, like a melody I'd started to adore. The past few days with Damon had been a blur of laughter, good food, and a few lessons in French. Nothing too serious, just enough for me to pick up a few greetings and the five magic words I'd heard so many times.I stretched, then glanced at him, still trying to wake up fully. "So, what's for breakfast today?"Damon raised an eyebrow, his grin widening. "I don't know, you decide."I groaned dramatically, crossing

  • Saint Or Sinner?     "It's a small world, love."

The mouthwatering aroma of food drifted toward me, coaxing me into the kitchen. As I entered, I watched the staff work with precision, each of them focused on their task, moving in perfect harmony. "Hi!" I greeted them, my voice breaking the quiet. They all spun around, their eyes wide with surprise.I couldn't help but shudder under their intense gaze. "Miss, what are you doing here?" A man, who I assumed was the head chef, turned to face me directly. "I came to help out," I offered with a smile, but they quickly shook their heads in unison. "No, ma'am, Sir Luciano might get angry if he finds out we let you in." The chef explained nervously. I furrowed my brows in confusion. Why would he do that? Does he think I'll poison him? I wondered. "I'm sure he won't do anything. Please, just let me. I hate the idea of just lazing around." I pleaded, a slight pout forming on my lips. The chef glanced at the others, who shook their heads disapprovingly. "I promise he won't do anyth
