Part - 20 Mr Connell knows my secret.

Ariana's POV

So sad, Mr Connell didn't get any other way but I am not willing to go with his ways, so I was about to stand but stiffened at his next words.

"I know a lot about you. Don't worry, your every secret is safe with me, and I wouldn't blackmail you because I'm not that cheap," he uttered, making me angry.

"Clearly say why I should agree with your way," I said, not willing to beat around the bush.

"Because I can help you and promise to protect your honour, and I can provide everything you desire," he said, avoiding my gaze.

"Do you know something personal?" I asked, closing my eyes tightly as I got some ideas from his words.

My doubts are becoming true. How can this be possible that he knows this? In the mansion, except Uncle and Aunt, no one was aware, and I am sure that they are not going to spread this, then how can he know this?
