Reiner’s POV I lay in her bed, surrounded by her scent mixed with mine after we marked and mated each other. I hadn’t expected sex with my mate to be so different from the sex I had before. Myla's POVThe next morning, I awoke to my phone ringing. As I picked it up, I saw Doc’s name. I tapped answer. “Doc, how is she doing?”“Hello Alpha, she just woke up. Reiner’s POV We said goodnight to everyone as we headed to our suite. Evie bounced along holding my hand and telling me everything about her room and the house she will share with her mom. We trudged up the stairs, to our suite. Once inside, I brought Myla to our bed. I could tell she was exhausted. "You don't have to worry, I am just tired," she said. Myla hated when I worried but it's my job as her mate. She had been depending on herself for so long, that it was hard for her to have someone to lean on and help with things. Reiner's povListening to Barrett gave me an understanding of why Myla was so strong and so independent.
