Were these the words that changed everything for Sophia? I think not. This twisted, yet beautiful chase started way before this day. Way before she ever found out that she was arranged to marry him in seventy-four days.
‘He said no sex until we get married, but why are we doing this?’ Sophia thought, as her head went white with shock. Despite her attraction to her fiancé, she couldn’t believe what was happening.
“Come here.” He said.
“I’ve not—”
“It’s okay. Just come.”
She obeyed, moved slowly, and sat back in his lap.
But he wrapped his arms around her. Her body grew tense instantly. Unsure and wanting, she clenched her fist.
“Relax, Sophia,” he whispered while pulling her against his chest and noting the rapid rise and fall of hers. “You have nothing to be worried about… You made me feel good. I want to make you feel better… Okay?”
She nodded without meaning to.
Despite the noise in her head, in a few minutes, she did as he asked—peeled off her bra and chose to feel better.
After all, what was she expecting when she followed a seducer home? A week ago, he’d given her a teaser. Eight months ago, he’d given her his number.
“You done?”
“Mm,” She could only mumble.
“Sit with your knees out. Back against my chest.”
Sophia did so clumsily.
The second his bare hands slithered into her dress from the halter opening, her breath fractured.
He covered her completely.
Her hands lifted to touch his, to slow him a little. But—
“Don’t do anything until I say you should,” he breathed in her ear. “Just feel.”
A moan came out of her. Heat filled her up, and soon, she started to melt.
He talked her through it, praised her through it, and stayed as her guide as she experienced something new.
It felt wrong yet wonderful at the same time.
“Don’t stop moving… ” He murmured just before her body went still.
Piece by piece, she was losing brain cells. Every inch of her felt tuned to him, helpless. But he wasn’t relenting just yet.
“Grip my leg, Soph…”
She couldn’t feel her hands. She was almost gone.
He kissed her cheek.
Sluggishly, her hands found his thigh, holding on as she sighed.
“Glide.” His voice dropped, scraping sinfully down her spine. “Easy, slowly…”
And this was all it took to blur the line between choice and obedience.
She moved when he pushed her forward. If only she knew that after this, resistance would no longer be simple.
“That’s my girl.” He whispered, stroking her arms gently. He’d successfully let her into his world and planted a seed of obsession in her.
From this day, Pandora’s box opened up, and by the time Sophia understood what escaped, the wrong eyes were already watching.

One week ago…
Sophia’s POV~The Dolomites, Italy~We flew a private helicopter here and arrived yesterday afternoon. We’re staying in a chalet in a private resort in the mountains. It’s been chilly; yesterday was worse. Despite the heater, I was wrapped up in bed for the rest of the day, sleeping off the jet lag and cold exhaustion, and only woke up to have a delicious and hot dinner with my husband. We saw a movie afterward, cuddled, and then made out.But today, I’m a little hopeful that I’ll see some sun and fun. Surely, Alexander didn’t bring me here just to freeze. I don’t hate the cold; I just catch one easily, and it’s usually very bad. I’d really hate it if a cold ruined my tour-like honeymoon. Being in the air every 42 hours has been somewhat draining. My body has never been the strongest. But I’m not complaining. I love the surprises; I’ve been awed by the new experiences, and it’s been beautiful to spend all my time with the love of my life, getting to know him intimately like I’ve come
Sophia’s POV“Okay,” I say, twisting my mouth as I place my hands at the bottom of the bath. “What’s Dickson’s request?” Alexander moves close, gripping my arms, only to corner me to the edge of the bath. My heart stirs as I look at his blurred face. I hold on to him, fighting a giggle. He chuckles and says, “But you wanted to have sex with me before we got married. Now you—”“That was before you tore me apart.”“Tore you apart?”“Yes. When we–”“Show me. I can stitch you back up with my lips and tongue.”My mouth crashes open. He leaves no time for me to imagine what he’s just said or process it, finally wrapping his arms around my waist and pulling me up against his chest till our noses touch. Filled with a tantalizing heat, I shut my eyes and put my arms around his neck, breathing deeply. “Dickson will take anything Valeria offers him.” He whispers with desperation, sliding his hands to my butt. I smile, hugging him tighter, as the feel of him sends a shiver down my spine. It
Sophia’s POV“Alexander?” My chest puffs from a sharp inhale as my body glues to his. My eyes are closed. My fists are tightened, my left gripping my soap bar. It slips out of my grip, hitting the floor with a soft sound.Every part of him is felt behind me, unscrewing every knot in my head. He burrows his nose against my nape, pressing a soft kiss on my wet skin, and I unravel without a fight, dropping my hands. Heat rushes through me, burning hotter than the shower. He slides his hands up my body, cupping my bosoms with his large hands and moving his sinful kisses to my right ear. With my lips parted, I drag in another deep breath, putting my hands over his.“Daddy is here,” he whispers. And that’s what ruins everything.Laughter splutters out of my mouth so suddenly, my body breaking as I crack up. He laughs softly, too, resting his head against my head.“Oh my God,” I blurt, still in stitches. My head lolls against his chest as water rains down on us. “Only I get to say that. Not
Alexander’s POVI carefully set Sophia down and say to her, “Would you wait upstairs for me? I’ll come join you soon.”She nods with a warm smile as she lowers her glasses. I kiss her forehead, then the middle of her head, before letting her go. Smiling, I watch her walk toward the door. She glances over her shoulder, smiles at me, then sweeps her gaze over the photographer’s things on the floor of our doorstep. “Are you going to throw them away?”“You don’t have to worry about that. I’ll take care of everything,” I answer, keeping my smile on and walking toward her. I stop when I get to the door. She nods and heads inside. I don’t take my eyes off her as she motions for the grand stairs. Once she’s out of sight, a sigh escapes me as I dig my left fingers into my hair. I take my phone out and unlock it. There’s a message from Dean, my head of security. He’s sent the pervert’s details. I call him immediately. He answers on the first ring and says, “Mr. Thorne?”“Hi, Dean. I want to fi
