Marissa pov:

Alaric was strangely nice after our fight in the washroom, but something tells it will not end there, he wanted something.

When we entered I was expecting to see Prissy and Clarissa, but the house was quiet it seems they weren't around.

A girl voice greeted softly, “Welcome daddy,”. Nova, she rushed to Alaric but stopped, she looked behind Alaric and saw me.

“Mom,” she called as if asking, I nodded. I opened my arms gesturing for Nova to hug me.
