Never in Doris' life, did she ever imagine herself in a place like this. She concluded that Raffles Hotel Singapore was heaven on Earth. So this was what her sister, Dorine has been enjoying for so long.
She could never tell if Dorine has been to the Botanic gardens, her sister probably never mentioned it. But they did talk a lot about the various meals, festivals, and locality that Dorine managed to be part of.As they walked the grounds of the evergreen and colourful gardens, beautified by a variety of plants and flowers in their different colours.
