CHLOE

“Have you decided?” Fox asked me the moment I stepped into their office.

Two weeks na mula nang huli ko silang nakausap. Two weeks ko ring pinag-isipan muna kung ano ang dapat kong gawin para mapaniwala ko sila na sa kanila na ako papanig. I stared at Fox. Tiningnan ko lang siya at si Wolf.

“I won’t be here if I’m not,” I sighingly said and rolled my eyes.

“Sigurado ka na ba?” tanong ni Wolf. I looked at him but his eyes were focused on the painting on the wall. “Sigurado ka na ba sa mga desisyon mo sa buhay, Chloe? This will be dangerous for you if you will opt to do it.”

I didn’t answer for a second, for I find Wolf so rude not looking at me while asking. Then he glanced at me, next he sneered gesturing he kinda found me challenging for not answering his questions abruptly.

“By the way, where is Alguien, Chloe?” tanong ni Wolf sa akin na ngumisi.

“And I thought you all knew about us, huh?” I replied with a query. “Why do you need to ask where my brother is?”

“We do,”
