Chapter 6.2

A blinding light wokes every single nerves in my body that's enable me to step out off in the middle of the lane.

"Are you tring to get us killed woman?! Baliw ka wag kang mangdamay!" the driver of the car hissed at me before continuing to drive.

People look at me curiosly on why on Earth I was in the middle of the line. Me myself even don't know the answer, really.

I walk home that day still stuck in that scene na halos hindi ko na namalayang nakauwi na ako. As I step into the house silence welcome me. Mirrored wall lent me its reflection to see what I look like now. Swollen eyes, messy hair that looking like a bird nest, rugged chlothes and dirty slippers. Overall I looked like a pathetic being.

I coudn't go to my coffee shop to entertain myself that day because it's still under construction while Shiela is out of town togethger with Jeric. Kit was unseen too.
