24 - Please don't be stubborn
Godiva's eyes were still blurred. She kept running without a destination and did not know where she was going. She saw a cab and stopped it, sliding in while she panted uncontrollably from running so much.
"Where to Miss?" The can driver asked politely."Keep driving. Just keep driving." The cab driver stepped on the accelerator, just when her vision began to clear up. She recalled leaving Rock in the room and going to the swing but couldn't recall anymore. She didn't know what she was doing in the cab and where she was going. Before she could give the cab driver directions back to the pack, five identical cars, all jeeps, were speeding behind them. Her instinct told her that she was being chased. Just like before, she imagined how Rock used to appear from nowhere to rescue her but it didn't seem so today. Moisture formed on her forehead as a result of panic."Can you drive faster?"
