The Alpha King's Little Mate

“No, Don’t,” Rosabel said, breathing hard. For one blissful moment, she thought he would let her go but it shattered when he took a step toward her. He sniffled and she didn’t move, she never actually met a royal werewolf before but heard rumours about the merciless Alpha King and his ruthless killings. 

Years ago, the war between the royals shook the entire werewolves world. The strongest royals and their packs were defeated single-handedly by a barbaric royal wolf. Nobody knew what he did to defeat the world’s most powerful royals or what he had done to emerge victorious in the bloodshed. 

That day the whole system fell. 

Zander Blackwood became the new king of the werewolves. 

He made new rules and rebuilt the whole system. He completely changed his pack, renamed it and ruled it. Connections were cut off with his new pack, what happened within those borders was a mystery to the rest of the world. 

Rumours kept flying around carrying his merciless killings and how he would slaughter dozens without blinking. Everyone is scared of him and no one dared to even raise their voice in his presence. 

The tales she heard about him rushed to her mind and she was terrified of what he might do to her. 

“Tell me, then,” He ordered, a direct command, his voice sharp and deep. 

She had been keeping this secret from the moment she ran away from the attack but now that Alpha sensed her lies she couldn’t avoid it. 

“I don’t know,” she said in a small trembling voice,

“Don’t lie to me, sweet Rose, or I’ll have to punish you,” he said, moving closer. His huge form and dangerous aura made her feel tiny and vulnerable.  

She swallowed hard and tears rushed to her eyes, “Please…” 

He grabbed her arm and pulled her towards him, her small body hit him hard and a small gasp left her lips. 

Her scent filled his nostrils and he couldn’t control the urge to inhale her intoxicating scent, “You are mine, Rosabel,” His hot breath hit her face sending a chill down her spine,

“Mine to touch, Mine to protect. Mine to punish. Mine.” He said possessively gripping her arm, 

“So whatever that you are hiding from me…” His eyes stared into her eyes with determination and a promise, “I… will find it…” 

The promise behind his words reached her and she felt something inside her send warning signals. She swallowed hard and tried to calm herself but his gaze sent thousands of warnings to her which made her scared.
