Chapter 4: Lycan's Secret

Kai's POV

I hate being weak, I hate the idea of being defeated because I never expected it.  I'm Kai, I should be strong and undefeated. But there's a certain person in our heart make us feel weak and easy to defeat, that was hurt the most. 

"I'm doing this for you Kai," I'm sure that I heard it, said from her before she go to the human world. 

I don't understand what she was pointing, why it was for my sake? What does she know?

I'm here at our training camp, pushing myself to stand and transform while looking at the silver sharp knife. This can't be my weakness, this object will not be my end. 

After an hours of trying, I can't still do it. I feel so weak and disappointed. I need to rest because the war will begin later if Lai won't came back. 

I asked permission to our Lycan to let me find Lai at the human world but he said no, because I am needed here. He sent a Beta to find Lai there.

(The night of mating) 

Please came back, I silently wished that she will come back, that she will realize what will happen if she will not. 

This is here second time running away, the first one was two days after our shifting. No why knows why she run away, she just leave a note that she can't do it. 

We need to be careful on our actions, the rouges want us to be died. But they can't, if we were together. It was written in the prophecy, that no one can beat us when we are together especially when we mate. So it's too dangerous for us to be alone

When the rouges knew that Lai run away, they immediately start war between us. Thinking that they will win because Lai run away. 

I found her at the cave, the dangerous cave in our world. No wolves tried to go there because they believe that they will be stone. However, Lai was there, she looked so miserable. 

Five minutes before twelve midnight. The Lycan said that we should get ready for war because Lai will not be here. 

Deep inside I'm still waiting for her, that she will be here. That she will choose what is good and think less about herself. Even not for me but to our fellow wolves.

One minute has left and I can sense the other wolves waiting for attack. I get ready, she no longer come because if she will, it should have been while ago.

"Owwooooo," I transformed, eager to fight so it will ease my broken heart.

Rouges has finally step out from the dark, I know that they are watching us.

And the war begun, every wolves that comes on my way I bite them in neck then they lose their consciousness.

In the middle of battle, someone shout…

"The anointed princess is here," said an Alpha to the other clan.

Wait, whut? I stopped, the anointed princess is here means that Lai came back! 

I immediately lookvwho it is, a girl wearing a hoodie but from a first glance I know that she isn't her.

The battle continue and we didn't mind them, if they want to get involved I don't care.

Suddenly the wolf I'm battling with, collapse as the girl with hoodie came to my side. 

I'm shook and stopped, she remove her hoodie. She has a girl eyes with intruding look. 

She transform into wolf, a beautiful combination of green and white.

In unexpected motion, the moon turns to red. We watched how beautiful it is, the battle has stopped.

As the moon turns into red, other wolves feel weaken and I feel more stronger.

"The moon gets red, it's a sign," My dad said.

"There are two anointed princess," the Alpha of other clan said.

What do they mean that there are two anointed princess? 

"Hi, I'm too glad to meet you," she said…

Our Lycan stood so I face him, I know that confusion is evident to my reaction.

"Didn't you tell them?" their Alpha said.

"The only anointed princess is my daughter," our Lycan said coldly.

I don't know what's happening or why this is happening? Does faith playing with me?

"If you keep on denying, then we don't have a choice but to start war between our clans," Their alpha move closer to our Lycan so I step forward to protect him.

Their clan is one of the good and richest clans in wolves world. So it will be more bloody war if it will happen.

"Let your Alpha marry our princess then all of your wolves will be our omega except your family and Alpha's family. If you don't agree, deaths and bloods will happened, " Our clan resisted from what they heard.

"My decision will remained, our Alpha will marry my daughter," our Lycan said with finality.

Then suddenly…

"Owoooo,"  the Queen howl then blood scattered.

Lai's POV

I missed this human world, I started connecting on my former friends and started working as waitress. 

Despite of it, I don't get my peace here, every night I can't sleep thinking what is happening to them? Are there okay? Is the war over? 

I never wanted to leave, to left them, him. However, I can't stand what I'm seeing. If I can only remove these eyes so I can go back, I would rather do.

What I saw scared me the most, I can stand it so I run away. Saving myself is the best decision because I know that I can't stop what will about to happen.

Worst of worst, deaths and bloods.

There are two anointed princess, one of them will become a monster that will destroy everything on wolves world and kill everyone. 

I'm afraid, terrified, so I run away and save everyone.

Someone continuesly Knocked from my door, when I opened the Beta is there…

"Let's go, we urgently need to came back. Our clan, your father needs you," she said. Confused why she's panicking, I shook my head.

"Leave me alone, I won't get back there, " I firmly said.

"Your mother, the Queen has died," shocked from what she said.

"Hurry, we need you to save everyone. The alpha needs you," she said…
