Gabriella infuriated me, she knew how to get on my last nerves.

I never induced on letting her go, yet I did.

For Olivia.

Seat rolled down my forehead at the thought of what I had done, I glanced at the punching bag and I hit it again.

I had to leave after what I did.

The alpha is never known for mercy, he is never known to forgive yet I did, if it were someone else she will be dead.

I let myself listen to Olivia, listen to her talk about family, I know the importance of love, the importance of family, the feeling of having that one person you can trust, that one person you can always be with, I hated that feeling too; as much as I enjoyed it.

I hated the idea of letting myself go because of that one person, I even hated it more that I let this happen in the presence of people.

Olivia needs to know, Gabriella is not who she thinks she is and I am going to show her, it will break, but it will build her, change her into who I want her to be, change her into a better version of herself.

I punched the bag again.

Anger radiated through my skin.

Reality pulls me back to the present when I heard a knock on the door, my eyes averted away from the bag, and the guard walked in.

This can’t be good.

“We lost another one Alpha.” He said and I held on to my breath.

The fourth one in two days.

Someone one is messing with me and I hated that the only person that ca help is Victor, I didn’t like the idea of begging him for help, I didn’t like the idea of making him think he can do anything, he can have me on my knees after so many years.

Fuck.

“Make the call.” I whispered.

“Alpha- did I fucking stutter or are you about to question my authority, make the fucking call do you hear me?” I yelled cutting him off.

The sound of thunder followed, and the scent of rain filled my nostrils.

I don’t care if Gabriella will have to walk under this rain, but she is not spending the night, even the mere thought of her having the same face as Olivia sent chills down my spine.

Only a stranger can’t tell the difference but I can.

Olivia’s cheeks were a bit puffier than Gabriella’s, Olivia’s eyes didn’t have the same darkness and bitterness that Gabriella’s own had and the way they walked, even a blind person can see through that.

They have different pattern of walking and the way they walk, they have the same voice but every time Olivia spoke, you could feel the softness, calmness in her voice, it was filled with flowers, like a type of drug that I hated but with Gabriella, you can get the hint of sarcasm in her tone, and her voice is anything but calm.

I wondered if she ever told her sister what happened before the wedding, not Noah but with us.

She is a snake.

At least I didn’t pretend, I am who I always tend to be, but her, she is the worst type of person I had ever seen.

After an hour of sweating, and making my knuckles hurt, I pulled out of the room.

A warm shower was all I needed as the rain poured through the sky, the whole house looked a bit dark, I enjoyed it like that,

“Is he on his way?.”

“There is a storm- I don’t care, get Victor to the house, I don’t care if it’s raining, I don’t care if it’s a fucking tornado, get a car, get him here and if he says no, force him into the car if you have to.” I stated, and he nodded.

I know Victor and I know how he feels at the moment.

He knows what I need from him and he is going to make me work for it.

The moment I got to the living room, my eyes caught Olivia and her sister.

“Get a car and make sure Gabriella is taken home safe.” I said to the hardware stood by the end of the door, Olivia’s eyes widened in surprise, I didn’t wait for her to speak before I walked away.

I granted mercy once, but not anymore, I will not let her think I am weak.

I could hear the voices, her sister talking about how inconsiderate I am and how it could lead to her death and how she didn’t need much space, only a bed and she will be fine, I didn’t care.

Right now I had bigger thing to take care of, and she is not going to hinder affairs, it’s bad enough she knows more than she should.

I brushed off the thoughts when I saw Olivia heading toward me, the tea burned my throat as I stared at her with a smile on my face.

“Is this about Gabriella? If so, I will ask you to leave, she will be taken home safety and believe me if I didn’t think it was safe, I would not risk the life of my guard for her, she is not worth it.”

“Just let her stay the night, I promise she will stay far away from you, she will not even come anywhere close, she will be with me in my room, she will be gone first thing in the morning, you won’t even have to see her.” Olivia begged

It was pathetic to see her beg for her sister that could never do the same for her.

When my eyes darted to hers, a thought crossed my mind.

“Fine, one night, and let her be gone before I wake up, she can have breakfast with her parents.” I said and Olivia smiled.
