FAMILY AFFAIRS,MY MOTHER'S MATE

We woke up ready to put our plan into motion,only to walk straight into chaos I could hear familiar voices yelling at each other.

The pack was buzzing, tension thick in the air. Warriors stood stiffly near the cells, and that was when I saw him.

Beta Ivan,he had been taken in and locked up what crime had he committed,they seemed close ,then I remembered what Liam told me last night.

Alpha Daniel stood a few steps away, his face dark with fury as he argued with Mia.

“How could you do this, Mia?” Alpha Daniel demanded, his voice shaking with anger and pain.

“But Father, he is my mate!” Mia cried, tears streaming down her face. “How could I abandon him?”

“And you didn’t think to tell me?,how did you think it felt finding him in bed with you” Alpha Daniel snapped. “You chose secrecy instead of honesty?”
