Sleep had done nothing for me.

I woke before sunrise, my chest still tight with everything I refused to feel. So I did the only thing I understood — I went to the training grounds.

The air was cold, biting, and I welcomed the sting. One fight turned into another. Skilled warriors came at me with everything they had… and I crushed every one of them. The more I pushed, the more the pain inside twisted deeper.

But nothing — absolutely nothing — could erase the image that haunted me:

Her head on his shoulder, Like she belonged there.

I leaned down, panting, sweat dripping into my eyes.

I lost, Not just the revenge.
