Chapter 13 The Past That Hurts

GREYSON’S POV.

I opened my eyes and looked around my surroundings. This was my room, but I didn’t remember coming home myself, so how did I get here? I wondered. Drips were connected to me, and my head was banging hard as fuck as I tried to remember what the incident had been, that I was laying down in bed, receiving medical attention.

I turned my head to look at the time and I saw that the time was 8 am. I sat up on my bed and attempted to move around, but I was still connected to the drip, so I couldn’t move around much. I saw my phone on the table so I reached out for it and picked It up. I opened it and dialed mom’s number. She picked on the first ring.

”Greyson, are you awake?” She asked, her voice laced with Worry.

“Yes, Mother. I’m awake. And I’m starving right now.” I said, chuckling a bit.

”Okay hold on then. I’ll be in your room with the doctor and chicken soup in an hour, okay?” She said and ended the call without letting me confirm that I had indeed heard her voice. I dr
