At the sound of the door, Daisy stands up and takes the sit furthest from Dave.

"What's the matter? Did I do or say something wrong?" Dave asked with concern.

Daisy shakes her head in denial, "No, you didn't"

Dave moves to where she's sitting and hugs her from behind, "Will you believe me if I say there's absolutely nothing going on between us?" His voice was soft and soothing.

Daisy closes her eyes at the sensation he gave as his hot breath caresses the crook of her neck.

"It doesn't matter, does it?" She turns to him and folds his face in her tiny palms.
